a) up to 6 years from the termination of the contract concluded with the Client;
b) until the legal obligation on the Controller ceases;
c) in the event of establishing, investigating, or defending against claims - until the expiration of claims.

Recipients of your personal data may include entities directly or indirectly associated with the Company, especially in an organizational or personal manner, which would be domiciled in one of the Member States of the European Union. External service providers (e.g., entities providing IT services, entities providing services in the field of marketing activities, and other entities processing data on behalf of the Company based on a data processing agreement), legal advisors, administrative authorities, state services, and courts.
