LGBT Youth Scotland

LGBT Youth Scotland is the largest youth and community-based organisation for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people in Scotland. Their website contains information and advice and they have an online 1-2-1 support, youth groups and national projects.

Childline is a private and confidential service for children and young people up to the age of 19, which offers support to any problems. You can contact a Childline counsellor, chat online or send an email for free.

TrevorSpace

TrevorSpace is a social networking site for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth ages 13 to 24 and their friends and allies. It is run by an organisation based in the USA but is used by lots of British people to connect with other young people throughout the world, make new friends, find support and keep up-to-date with LGBTQ issues.

London Lesbian & Gay Switchboard

If you are lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans or if you want to consider issues around your sexuality you are welcome to contact the switchboard. Friends, parents or family members can also use the service. They offer a phone helpline as well as text and email services, all run by volunteers who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual or trans.

Albert Kennedy Trust

The trust supports young lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender 16-25 year olds who are made homeless or living in a hostile environment. Contact them by phone or email to get help.
